Survived by daughters, Deborah Rhea Brewer (Ricky) and Darlene Marie Rhea (Tammy); grandchildren, Lucas (Sallie) and Beth (Chris); great-grandchildren, Warren, Jacob and Sam.

Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. on Wednesday with Military Honors at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
