Rick Rockwood

Richard Rockwood, 65 passed away on May 28, 2022. Rick was preceded in death by his parents, William and Doris Tribbitt and half sister Bambi Rockwood Hodges.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Debbie Rockwood, son, Cody Rockwood, daughter Tara , brother William Tribbitt and very close friend, Tonya Perry Pierce.

Originally from Greensboro MD., he moved to Tennessee in 1987 and enjoyed playing his guitar, hunting, and spending time with his family. Rick invested many years into his community by teaching and coaching football, baseball and life lessons to the kids of Fairview, eventually founding the Fairview Titans.

There will be visitation on Saturday, June 4 starting at 11:00am, service at 1:00pm with a reception following at The Pavilion at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221. In lieu of flowers, Rick asked for donations to be made to a GoFundMe account for a musical endowment;
