Preceded in death by his parents, James and Electra Raines; brothers, Steve and Jackie Raines.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sue Raines; children, Troy Sullivan, Karen Raines and Robyn Raines; grandchildren, Luke Raines and Bryleigh Sullivan; brothers, James, Roger, Mark and Johnny Raines; sister, Carolyn Brooks and many other family members.
He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a fun loving, prankster with a great sense of humor and a heart of gold. He was loved and will be missed by many.
Pallbearers will be Luke Raines, Shane Pate, Jay Fuqua, Troy Sullivan, Ronnie Berry and Ricky Tidwell.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, 12:30-3 p.m. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Janes Jones Cemetery in Fairview, TN.
