Robert Howard Broyles of Nashville, Tennessee died of cancer at his residence on Sunday, July 26, 2015 with family present; he was 76 years old. Mr. Broyles retired from CSX after 30 years and was a long-time member of Harpeth Heights Baptist Church, and a proud graduate of North High.
Mr. Broyles is survived by his wife Mrs. Syble Broyles; sons Stephen (Pam) Broyles, Robert Darin (Ronda) Broyles, and Jeff (Sarah) Broyles; four grandchildren; three step sons; and six step grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. Broyles will be Friday, July 31, from 4:00 - 7:00 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Saturday, 10:30 at the Harpeth Heights Baptist Church; Brother David McKinney officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Harpeth Heights Mission House. The burial will be private.
