Robert N. Austin "Chewkie", age 74 of Bon Aqua, TN went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 14, 2016.

Chewkie was born in Nashville, TN on January 22, 1942, son to the late James & Pauline Austin.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, James Austin, Jr., Shannon W. Austin, Mary Austin & Betty Tidwell.

Survivors include his son, Dennis Austin; 4 sisters; and dear friend, Brenda (Jimmy) Reed.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August, 16, 2016 from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Chewkie's life will be conducted on Wednesday, August, 17, 2016 at 11:00 am with an hour visitation prior to service.

Burial will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, Nashville, Tennessee.
