Robert Dale Glasser "Bob"- Age 80 of Nashville, TN. Passed away peacefully on March 30, 2017 with his family by his side after a 3 year battle with dementia.

He was born in East Canton, OH. He was the son of Elizabeth Hall and Jay L. Glasser. Bob served in the U.S. Air Force in Bermuda for 4 years as an airplane mechanic. He was a professional singer for Columbia Records for 5 years, with his 2 brothers under the name "The 3 G's". He was a music publisher and producer for 10 years in Hollywood, CA for Capitol Records. He was an avid golfer, carpenter and electrician for Volunteer Electric. He enjoyed attending his children and grandchildren's extracurricular activities and sports. You could always find him in the yard, by the pool or grilling the perfect steak.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Judy Glasser; children, Brian (Susan), Eric, Kimberly (Tom) Kouba; sisters: Carol (Donnie) Fleishour and Cathy Carter; grandchildren, Robert Glasser, Katherine Glasser, Emily Glasser, Elizabeth Glasser, James Glasser, John Glasser and Savanna Hunter; step-sisters, Nancy Kirven, Brenda Frazier and Connie Sue Roudebush.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard, Teddy, Pat and Jerry; sister, Joanne Armstrong.

The family wishes to thank The Meadows for the care they gave Bob during his final stages of life.

Visitation will be 12-1 p.m. on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 1 p.m. on Sunday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Glasser II, Danny Fleishour, Mark Fleishour, Jeff Fleishour, Jay Ellis,Tom Kouba, Shawn Meehan and Tim Fleishour.
