Roberta Beneke Blankenship, age 88 of Nashville, TN went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday November 1, 2016.

Roberta was born in Nashville, TN on January 15, 1928, daughter to the late Marion & Gaudie Williams.

Roberta attended Saint Cecilia High school and Peabody College, she retired from Belle Meade Country Club as a Hostess.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Carter Blankenship & John Pat Beneke and daughter, Nancy Lou Beneke.

Survivors include her children, Thomas & Lee Beneke, Terrance & Candi Beneke, Robert Beneke, Charles & Brenda Beneke & Kathy Beneke; 8 grandchildren, Amber, Tiffany, Alex, Cody, Patrick, Ashley, Robin & Christopher; & 9 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be held at the Cathedral of the Incarnation; 2100 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203 on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 10:00 am.

Pallbearers will be Alex Wesley, Cody Beneke, Lucas McPherson, Patrick Beneke, Christopher Breeding & Christopher Sercu.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to a charity of your choice, in Loving memory of Roberta B. Blankenship.
