Roger Coleman “Rod” Brown- Age 90, of Pegram, passed away July 27, 2021.
Rod was a kind, generous and big-hearted man. He loved to tinker and could fix anything. He was extremely wise and mechanically minded; he loved working and sitting on his front porch swing. He was truly a one of a kind whose shoes can never be filled.
Preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Brown; daughter Jennie Frances Brown Aguilar; son Greg Lampley; parents Philip L. Brown, Sr., and Sally Hutton Brown; brother Philip Brown, Jr.; Dorothy “Dot” Carver and Jane Brown Jones. Survived by his children Mindy O’Connor, Cindy Whitaker, Sherri Harding (Steve), Gentry Lampley, JJ Tittle (Lisa), Nan Tittle and Tom Tittle (Molly); cousin Bobby Edmondson (Tammy); close friend Leigh Ann Richards; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice in his honor.
A Life Celebration will be held 1pm, Tuesday, August 3rd. Active Pallbearers will be Tim Banks, Steve Roberts, Rod Rodriguez, Jimmy Hedgepath, Brian McCain and Kenny Etheridge. Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Kendrat, Dwight Roper, Don Fulcher, Bruce Hammock, Steve Harding, Jesse Tritschler, Dr. Richards, Dr. Babu, Dr. Faber and Dr. MacMurdo.
