Ronald E. Cannon of Franklin, Tennessee died Monday, October 26, 2015 at the Christian Care Center of Rutherford County; he was 85 years old.
Mr. Cannon, preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Mrs. Sara Fuller Cannon, is survived by his children Ronda (George) Osment, Ronald (Tammy) Cannon, Jr., and David Cannon; grandchildren Amber Osment, Ashley Cannon, Amanda Cannon, Scarlett Osment, Kelly Cannon, and Trevor Cannon.
Mr. Cannon served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He loved his country, family and church; especially his Promise Keepers Sunday School Class.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 3:00 - 8:00, and again Thursday, 11:00 - 1:00, with a Celebration of Life beginning at 1:00; all at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
Services will be directed by Brother David Schindel. Pall Bearers will be Greg Cline, Stephen Mee, Greg Fuller, Jason Spain, Chris Spain, Clay Akin, and Austin Parker. Honorary Pall Bearers are the Promise Keepers at First Baptist Church of Joelton, Wayne Spain, Earl Young, and Gordon Akin.
