Samuel "Sam" Hannah

Samuel “Sam” Hannah age 81, of Fairview passed away on August 19, 2022.

Preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Hannah, parents; Casey Hannah and Ruth Spencer, brother; Robert Smith, sister; Sarah Tomlinson.

Sam is survived by daughter; Trisha Donegan, sons; Rex Hannah, Darin (Wanda Floyd) Hannah, grandchildren; Cassi (Allen) Donegan, Tony Hannah, David (Sierra) Hannah, Samantha Hannah, great grandchildren; River Donegan, Adalynn Donegan, Aubrey Donegan, brothers; William “Bill” (Catherine) Hannah, Jr. (Tutti) Spencer, sister; Ruth (Dwight) Roper, numerous, nieces, nephews and loved ones.

Sam was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He worked as an accomplished self-employed dry wall finisher/hanger. His company name was Sam Hannah Drywall. He was the true definition of an American patriot. He loved NASCAR, drag racing and sitting in his rocker on the front porch waving at passerby’s. Most of all Sam loved his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and spending time with his family.

There will be visitation Friday, August 26, 2022 from 12:30pm ~ 2:30pm with a Celebration of Life at 2:30pm and the burial to follow all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home 9090 Highway 100 Nashville TN, 37221.
