Sarah Estalene Tidwell, age 85 of Nashville, TN died peacefully in her sleep on October 7, 2014.

Sarah was born in Fairview, TN on October 10, 1928 to the late William F. & Elizabeth Daugherty.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leon Tidwell & son, Stephen; 3 sisters; & 7 brothers.

Survivors include her daughters, Linda Berens, Donna Tidwell; son, Jim (Xiaoling) Tidwell; 2 brothers, Albert & Leslie Daugherty; 3 grandchildren, Michael, Deanna & Amanda; 5 great grandchildren, Brianna, Marcus, Alyssa, Zane & Caroline; & numerous cousins, nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Estalene's life will be conducted at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow in Harpeth Hills Memory gardens.
