Shahram "Jim" Nikahd, age 58, of Nashville, TN passed away on June 4th, 2018 at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. He was born to Mohamed Ali Nikahd and Mahvash Naseri on May 6th, 1960 in Shiraz, Iran.

In addition to his mother, he leaves his sisters, Shohreh and Shahrzad; his wife Marsha; his two daughters, Monya and Melica; and other beloved family and friends.

Jim came to America on his own when he was 17 years old. He graduated in 1982 at Tennessee Tech University with a degree in civil engineering. He was an outstanding civil engineer and realtor for 30 years.

Jim is remembered as being a caring and supportive father. He was a brilliant advisor and made an impact to the lives of many. He encouraged his daughters to follow their dreams, just as he did.
