Sharon Ann Thomas Pyles, age 74, of Kingston Springs, died suddenly on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at St. Thomas West Hospital.
She was born on May 14, 1943 in Hamilton, Ohio, the daughter of Clarence W. Thomas and Marion Ruth Fish Thomas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, J. Thomas Pyles, Jr., her daughter, Sheila Kay Brown, and her son, Mark A. Brown.
She is survived by her grandson, Austin Timothy Brown and her daughter-in-law, Wendie Ball Brown, both of Kingston Springs; by her niece Jennifer Thomas Dawson, nephew Scott R. Thomas (Carol), and four great nephews, all of Hamilton, Ohio; and by her step-granddaughters Sarah Pyles and Emily Buck Pyles (Chris) of Montana; After residing in Kalamazoo, Michigan; Gainesville, Florida; and Nashville, Tennessee, she lived with her daughter-in-law in Kingston Springs for the last few years.
Burial will be in Gainesville, Florida at Forest Meadows Memorial Park East. Sharon's mother was adopted as an infant and Sharon not only supported Sacred Selections but also enjoyed following the journeys of adoptions made possible by this wonderful organization.
