Shirley Ann Beech

Shirley Ann Beech, passed away on April 8, 2025, in Dickson, TN. She was born on October 14, 1946, in Madison, TN.

Preceding her in death is her parents, Richard and Katherine McGee, and her brothers William, Tommy, and Richard McGee, as well as her sister Dorothy Layton.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Steve Beech; daughter Shana (Ryan) Vehling; grandchildren Brady Garland, Bryce Garland (Emily Pratt), and Cooper Vehling; great-grandson Ryder Garland; and sister Barbara Smith.

Shirley had a passion for gardening, spending countless hours cultivating beautiful flowers and working in the outdoors. She cherished her role as a grandmother, affectionately known as "Mimi" by her grandchildren. The time she spent with them brought her immense joy. She also had a deep love for animals and held her family close to her heart. Traveling and going on cruises with her loving husband, Steve Beech, were highlights of her life, treating each trip like a small vacation.

A visitation will be held on April 16, 2025, from 11:00am to 1:30pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at 1:30pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.

Shirley's warmth and love will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
