Kelly, Stephen Lynn, age 60, of Brentwood, TN, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, after a fierce battle with cancer. Steve was preceded in death by his father and mother, Fredrick and Elizabeth Kelly, and first wife, Pamela Ann Phemister Kelly. Steve is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Dawn Kelly, step-children, Megan and Chasity White, step-grandchild, Emma Hettish, brother, Philip (Lesly) Kelly, nephews Philip (Brooke) Kelly and Adam (Mandy) Kelly.

Steve was a native of Nashville, having graduated from Stratford High School in 1972 and from Tennessee Tech University with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 1976. Before his passing, Steve truly enjoyed his work at WESCO Distribution. Steve's family thanks his work family for their kind kindness, assistance and understanding during his illness.

Steve was a man of faith, a loving husband, a gentleman, friend and man of integrity. He was always ready to lend a helping hand and caring ear. He never met a stranger and took great pleasure in conversing with others. His lifelong passions included his work, golf and spending quality time with his family and friends. Steve enjoyed all things golf, being an avid member of the Two Rivers Golf Association and part of the self-named "Hackin' Dogs" golf group with whom he and the other Dogs shared many fun times.

Visitation and Services will be held at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens & Funeral Home with Steve's family from 3:00-7:00pm on Thursday, June 26, 2014, and 1:00-3:00pm on Friday, June 27, 2014, with services and burial to immediately follow at 3:00pm.
