She was born April 16, 1935 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Morrow High School, Morrow, Ohio and attended Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

She was a member of Pegram United Methodist Church. She was a 40 year member and Past worthy Matron, Rock city #2 Order of Eastern Star, and Past Grand Marshall, OES for the State of Tennessee.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, William E. Clark, son, William J. (Susan) Clark, Kingston Springs, TN, daughter, Vicki Dorman, Waverly, TN, grandsons, Patrick Clark and Jordan Clark (Fiancée, Cheyenne McCann), great-granddaughter Jiovana Clark.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Ella Fulton, son-in-law, Gary Dorman, and grandsons, Gary "Buddy" Dorman and Ryan Dorman.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Smith, Bob Young, Jim Smithson, Ken Williams, Billy Clement, Jerry Woodall, Eric Roe and Lee "Blinky" Bergeron
