Terry David Fox of Kingston Springs, Tennessee, passed away at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, on Sunday, November 8, 2020; he was 58 years old.
Survivors include his wife, Holly Smith Fox; son Todd David Fox and wife Bailey Denise Fox; step son, Brooks Myer Cummings; step daughter, Lauren Leigh Cummings; grandson, Jesse David Fox; parents, Jesse Everett Fox and Peggy Louise Fox; brother, Timothy Duane Fox and wife Gina Smith Fox; and nephew, Bryant Smith Fox and wife Courtney Ganus Fox.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made at any Regions Bank to the Terry D. Fox Memorial Fund for the benefit of Jesse David Fox.
