Thomas E. Harbin- 82, November 1, 2014. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Rosa Valenzuela; parents, Elvin and Mabel Harbin; sister, Mary Elizabeth Standish. Survived by his wife of 44 years, Vicenta Harbin; daughters, Roxana Hare (James), Maria Goodman (Paul) and Mabel Valenzuela; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
