Mr. Willard Dean of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away at St. Thomas West Hospital on Tuesday, January 07, 2019; he was 78 years old.
Willard served in the U.S. Army from 1957 thru 1982. He loved the Army and served two tours in Vietnam.
Willard is survived by his wife of 41 years, Irmgard Selig Dean; daughter, Cassandra Dean; son, Matthew Dean(Destiny Cargill); grandchildren, Christopher Franklin (Ashley), Eris Cargill-Dean, and Helenna Cargill-Malaney; brother, James Hyatt; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be Friday, January 18, 2019 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with visitation from 10:30 - 11:30 am. Burial will be at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
