William A. Shutt lll, age 82, of Nashville passed away July 21, 2020.
William was a man of faith and a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in his younger years, and more recent Monroe Street United Methodist Church for at least the last 8 years. He graduated from Hillsboro High School and went to technical school after graduation. William owned his own business and was a well-known electrician in Nashville.
Preceded in death by parents William Andrew Shutt Jr. of Nashville and Dorothy Loraine (Scott) Shutt of Nashville. Survived by wife Edith Louisa Shutt, step son, Clarence Douglas Eatherly, sister, Dorothy Anne (Shutt) Huddleston of St. Peters Missouri, nieces and nephews, Charles Scott Huddleston of Beaverton Oregon, Susan Leigh (Huddleston) Hill of Meyer Arizona, Janet Ann Huddleston of New Zealand, Gary Bret Huddleston of St. Louis Missouri, and a host of other family and friends.
A graveside service will be held 1:00pm Monday July 27th with Rev. Rosemary Brown Officiating. Visitation will be 11:00am - 1:00pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN, 37221, 615-646-9292
