William "Buddy" Jones

Mr. William “Buddy” Jones age 75, of Greenbrier, TN. passed away on October 25, 2021 at Tristar Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN.

Buddy was born in Smyrna, TN on September 24, 1946 to the late William Alvis Jones and Lorene Hedgepath. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife; Betty Jones, sister; Virginia Fann, and brothers; Alvis Jones and Robert Jones. Buddy was a well-known mechanic for fifty years who loved Nascar racing.

Survivors include his son; William (Sandra) Jones, step son; Brent (Angela) Downing, grandchildren; Lucas Jones, Logan Jones, Anthony Downing, Damien Downing and Hope Allen, and brother; Walter (Penny) Jones.

Visitation with the family will begin on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm with visitation to continue on Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 10:00 am until service time at 11:30 am all services to be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN. 37221
