Zoe Ellen Cordell Greer of Clarksville, Tennessee, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, August 11, 2020; she was 77 years old.
She was born on November 26, 1942 to Albert Milton Cordell and Beatrice Mable Miller Cordell in Nashville. She was an active member of Spring Creek Baptist Church in Clarksville.
Zoe is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, David Cordell, John Richard "Dick" Cordell, Albert Milton "Jack" Cordell, and Ruth Green.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Claude "Ross" Greer; children, Cliff Greer, David Greer (Becky), and Stacy Sykes (Scott); sister, Bette Lancaster; eight grandchildren, Chloe Johnson, Ally, Conner, Mary, Jesse, and Rachel Greer, Amanda Clark (Darren), and Brittany Han (Youngjun); and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, August 14, 4:00 - 7:00 and again Saturday, 1:00 - 2:00 with a Celebration of Life beginning at 2:00; all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN 37221. Brother Paul Bunger and Brother Randy Clark will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Darren Clark, Youngjun Han, Eli Mayers, Scott Moore, Brett Burchwell, and Jason Sykes. Honorary Pallbearers will be Tim Kennedy, Bob Marshall, Nathan Hill, and Brad Vander Veen.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
